As the IT Support Engineer, you will be a Level 2/3 support administrator with the ability to manage our device management platform through customizations, integrations, and system functionality to serve our internal Elastic partners. Job responsibilities include working with our Elastic stack to automate our IT data to gain visibility into our internal IT systems.

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service in a collaborative and distributed environment with a focus on helping people resolve issues
  • Update, maintain, and dispatch tickets routed to our ticketing system
  • Onboard new employees, from setting up accounts, equipment procurement and equipment hand-off
  • Track hardware and software inventory
  • Provide reporting data for security compliance (SOC2, ISO27001)
  • Evaluate, test, and deploy patches and upgrades and establish processes to ensure proper patch level compliance across the corporate environment
  • Continuous review of business and IT processes, technologies, deployments and make recommendations for improvements
  • Build focused tools to improve IT reporting and data gathering


  • Superb communication, documentation and customer service skills
  • 5+ years of experience providing IT support in a corporate environment
  • 5+ years of experience in support and troubleshooting of Mac OS platforms and Windows operating systems
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Experience in cloud hosted solutions (G-Suite, Office 365, Netsuite, Salesforce)
  • Experience working with Cisco, Meraki, HP, and other network solutions
  • Experience in data analysis from firewall traffic, Okta, or device management logs
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills to provide Level 2 support to support technicians
  • Administration of device management systems (ie. JAMF, Meraki, Intune)
  • Shell/Bash/Python scripting and automation experience
  • Familiarity with IT compliance and change management concepts is a plus
  • Travel when needed to support remote offices (less than 5% of the time)
  • Certified Casper Administrator (CCA) or JAMF 300 Certification


  • Certified Casper Engineer (CCE) or JAMF 400 Certification
