Job Description

Wings4U is searching for a Social Selling expert who can manage a 360° program. The candidates will have experience on Sales and Marketing strategies to connect the Social Selling methodology with a business approach syncing both departments (Smarketing). It’s not needed to be certified by LinkedIn as Social Selling expert but demonstrable experience on Sales team management and Social Selling leadership (SSI > 90), Sales Navigator is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Evangelize on Social Selling methodologies and tools. 
  • Understand and translate client’s business strategy into Social Selling activities
  • Understand marketing-sales alignment - smarketing
  • Ability to plan time, work to tight deadlines, collaborate efficiently
  • Effectively communicate concepts and ideas to the client (C level managers), coordinate a group of sellers, motivate them
  • Understand technology industry, its audiences, methods of interaction, best channels and tactics working on sales and/or marketing activities

 Must have skills:

  • Social Selling methodologies and tools (Sales navigator, SSI (Social Selling Index), InMails, Content curation tools or editorial calendar management
  • Marketing and Sales alignment - Smarketing
  • Understanding of tech industry, audiences, methods of interaction, best channels and tactics working on sales and/or marketing activities

Nice to have skills:

  • Social Selling Expert LinkedIn certification
  • Inbound certification
  • Experience working on marketing & sales strategies
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, sticking to deadlines
  • Expert attention to detail, organization and management skills
  • Ability to work with Google apps (Word, Slides, etc), Microsoft Office suite, design apps
  • Demonstrable reference/ showcase of social selling program executed and KPIs achieved
