At ZenCase, we wanted to find a law firm practice management system to create better work product with less time and effort. We looked far and wide, and did demos with just about every software product we could find. Nothing we saw solved the major problems facing law firms today: information overload; client pressure to produce more work product in less time; and, having a system that could support complex and evolving billing arrangements that did not require a rocket scientist to figure out how to use it.
